Status failed, tape not found, ???? 1

On the Arcserve6 message screen I see status failed. The reason is Tape Not Found. What are some possibilities outside of the tapes (rotation of 6 or 7) being put in wrong?

Many times I've found SCSI controllers lose their "brain". Down the server and do a full cold boot. That may fix you up. Also check for latest drivers for the controller card.
