** Status Code 14 with clients behind firewall **

Hello !

I have to backup any clients behind a firewall.
In this case the clients are windows2000 systems.
The exit status for the backups are most 14 ( file write failed ). Sometimes it runs but that is not enough for usable backups.

Can someone help ? What can i do ?

Is it Netbackup 4.5 ?
If it's, take a look at Vnetd (if you don't arleady use it!), it makes backup through firewall really much easy. Configuration is quite simple and well explained in the Netbackup admin guide.
