Status bar confusion...

Hi. I have a JSP application (I think the JSP part is irrelevant..) but it is Frame based. I have links on the top frames that load JSP's into the main frame at the bottom.

When the page loads, the status bar (the one that shows the progress of the page loading...) indicates that it is still loading, and continues seemingly forever, even though the page is fully loaded and it says 'Done' in the bottom left corner.

Does anyone have any ideas what causes this please?

I get a similar problem with IE6 and some PHP pages in frames which as far as I can remember didn't occur with IE4 It's not a lie if you believe it!
