Status Aborting - Frozen 1

Tape on Novell Server. Has been doing fine.
Now stuck aborting and status is active and not doing scheduled backups.
I can't exit.
How do I stop and reset to backup schedule.
Thanks for any help.

What works for me on these abort hangs is to stop the service. Close BE program.
Stop the Backup Exec service and the BE service that handles jobs. Stop all services related to BE if you need to. Restart them and restart the program. Job should be stopped.
