Status 13 on Sharepoint 2003 with Netbackup 6

Regular backups on the system work but can't seem to get the backup working using the Farm directive...keep getting status code 13; duplex setting on NIC, Switch is full duplex..

[464.4020] <16> dtcp_read: TCP - failure: recv socket (376) (TCP 10053: Software caused connection abort)
[464.4020] <16> dtcp_read: TCP - failure: recv socket (1904) (TCP 10058: Can't send after socket shutdown)

Any body come across this.
