I am fairly new to Veritas and am having some problems with Netbackup for Exchange. I finally got it installed and configured correctly, but I am still having a few problems.
When a backup job is run it backs up the Directory and the information store without any problems.
When the Mailbox backup is run we get a status 1 error and the following string is displayed.
The job was successfully completed, but some files may hve been busy or unaccessible. See the problmes report on the client's logs for more details.
Is there any way to determine which mailbox and files are causing the problem.
Also we run Symantec Antivirus for Exchange. Does anyone have any experience with this program causing problems with backups.
Our servers are Win2K, we are running Exchange 5.5, our Veritas version is 4.5GA.
