I gotta problem. I need to come up with call stats but CBC/CCC does not meet my needs. Both of those programs assume that you are running as a call center type enviroment. If you don't login they don't seem to report on anything. We have 40-50 extensions that pull from hunt groups. Due to a function in our programming its impossible to use the login/logout. Has anyone ever seen an alternitive reporting package that would meet my needs.

Try Delta Server application Logs basic call information

On Admin CD under CCC directory

Logs all calls to .CSV file which can be imported into Excel

The SMDR log only has activity on extensions, nothing going in and out of hunt groups.
