Is there a function or expression in Access that will return the 1st and 3rd Quartile of several records. I am able to do this in Excel with no problem but once I send my data to Excel it becomes more difficult to manipulate. . I'd like to do this preferably in a select query. Please be gentle I'm a newbie to VBA and SQL.

This question remains unanswered for some reason. I think that perhaps you should define the term ::) 'Quartile', used here.

I would like to assume that this means, 'calendar quarter'. Please clarify; I think that you may get a useful response to your post.
