Hello,

Seems like I have a problem in one of our PBX and I'm not finding any information about it.

We are using softphone but it seems hapening to physical phones also. The problem is that when the phone is abruptally disconnected (network down or shutting down the process on Windows to reproduce the issue) The phone keeps in service with endpoint IP as 0.0.0.0

CM Reports as: R016x.00.1.510.1

If tracing the station when this happens it shows:
TCP conn closed
endpt [x.x.x.x]:34652
switch [x.x.x.x]:1720

When this happens, Genesys (connected through AES) sees this extension active and tries to send the calls to it. Even if it is not connected.

Many thanks for your help.

Regards.
