After creating my stationary and saving it. I select the correct stationary and compose my mail and send.

For some obscene reason my pre-constructed stataionary does not appear to the receiver. Just the generic world stationary on Lotus Notes!!! (I am running V.5.0.8 and the Internet function)

I double checked that the stationary is not being attached by cc: myself. Please help!
Many thanks, Harry

Did you create yor stationary as Memo or Personal stationary? Is the message appearing in plain text to the recipient or are images getting changed to attachments (embedded .pcx files)?

Hi Gman,

I created it in the personal stationary, and no images getting though at all! Any clues?

But I am definatly sending (and receiving) the mail as before but with not stationary what so ever :(

The personal stationery generally only works on notes to notes systems. Embedded images generally become attachments when going out through the smtp service. Try sending a mail directly to yourself using the address from the public addressbook, not your company interent email address. Your statinery should be intact. If not then you have another problem. If it that works ok and your previously cc:ed message contained no .pcx attachment then I wonder what format you had for the attachment. You should be using a bitmap (.bmp)
