Station to Station Calls automaticly are handsfree

I have an office that has an Electra Elite IPK system and their station to station calls go handsfree answered right aways not allowing the person, who may be in a meeting, to ignore the call. Any idea on what I have to look for in the programming manual to change this? I have a pretty good collection of manuals and am slowly learning this system. My background is in Nortel. I compare this feature to voice dials.

Memory Block 1-2-01.

This changes from voice announce on an intercom call to tone ringing. The default setting is voice announce.

[Fixin]

You can also add a "1" after the station number to toggle from voice to tone and back.
