I have someone who uses the EC500 feature and also has VZ spam block app on cellphone. When an outside number calls an associates EC500 station, the cellphone rings without triggering the SPAM feature. But when a station on the system calls to the EC500 station the SPAM app is triggered and the call shows as a SPAM call.
What I believe is happening is when a person from the outside calls the station that has EC500, the cellphone is receiving all 10 digit caller ID from the origination of the call. When an internal station calls the EC500 station, only the originating station number is being sent as caller ID.
Anyone know of a way to trick the system to send out the full 10 digit of the station originating the call?
