Station stop working after about 1 minutes

Hi!

Another weird thing is happening to me and this time it's on my phone! (couldn't blame anybody else!)

We use a Neax2000ivs2 and my phone is a Dterm series E. My phone works great since more than a year.

This morning after a call, I hang up. One minute later my line button went green. I picked up the handset and I heard nothing. I hang up and the light was still green. I press the speaker button and it went off. After that I picked the phone again and I heard nothing and my line button doesn't light up. If I press my line button it goes green but I can't hear a thing.

I unplug it and replug it and it works fine for about 1 minute. Same thing happens after that.

I try another phone, same thing happens...

Don't know where to look next!!!

You have activated the "HEAD"set feature on your phone. Depending on programming there could be a HSet button as one of your softkeys. If I remember right it is the far right softkey. If it is not on a softkey then it could be a button programmed on one of your line keys. Anyway find the button and press it and your green light will go out and your handset will be happy again.

I think you got it right! My phone is working now. I have a button program and normaly the light goes red when it is in use. The light was off. I press the button 2 times and it's working fine since (20 minutes!).
