STATION RESTRICTIONS QUESTION

I have a Merlin system and I need to be able to restrict a certain station from accessing a set of tie lines. We use our PTP T1 to connect this Merlin with a Definity for inter-plant paging, dialing, etc. using four channels connected directly to a four port E&M tie trunk card. How would I restrict a Merlin station from dialing the access code for this pool, which is 8. I can restrict the station from toll or outward dialing, etc. but have been unable to prevent the station from dialing an 8 and getting dial tone from the connected Definity, etc. Can I restrict this? I think you can remove the access to the dial out code 8 under Extensions>DialOutCd.
