station out of service different tones

Hi All,

I have 2 stations (46XX) both logt off.
The status stations shows both out-of-service.

When i call the first one it will give me a fast busy tone.
This will tell me it is not loged in.

If i call the other station it will simply give me a 'normal' busy tone.
Wich tells me it should be logged in but busy.
