Station or System speed dial after Pad Lock - SV 8300

Hey,
i have a question, i have programmed pad Lock with authorization code, the station gets restricted for outgoing calls but not able to use station speed dial or system speed dial. is it normal or we can allow station to use these feature after the Pad Lock+Authorization code.

all are in same tenant, class is same.

I think its normal, if you have restricted using trunk restriction class, you can use speed dial also.
But i have a question to you, can you help me?
For me , i am not able to give password after padlock set access code, immedietley getting locked wiith out password, why? mentioned below are commands i have done.is there any other commands that i should add?
