Station Monitor Beep

hi all

having trouble with station monitor feature.

Supervisor cant hear the beep when using the silent monitor but the person we are calling and the person who has called out can both hear it, it's a blip kind of beep every ten seconds or so.

is there a flag we need to turn off to stop this beeping

Under System/Flags verfiy UCD/ACD Station-Monitor Indication is set to no.
