Recently I tried to install a few phones on a station module of a MICS system. The phones would not boot up so I checked the status of those ports in Maintenance and it said "Deprovisnd". I have never seen this before and can't find out what it means. Can anybody tell me? Thanks a million.

thats interesting ...ivent seen that on station side
make sure the TN or port number is correct.
try changing the phone to a working phone and see which is causing the wierd status message

Be sure of the port number they can be confusing. Deprovioned applies to trunks

Thanks for the posts, but I am still baffled. It is not the phones because I have tried these phones on other ports and they work fine. The status of the port is "Deprovisnd" whether I have a set plugged into the port or not. I have tried disabling the port and the module and reenabling them and still there is no change. There are ports on the station module that have a working sets on them, but 13 out of 16 ports say their status is "Deprovisnd". You can deprevisioning trunks but not stations and that is why this makes no sense to me.

Time for a system reboot. Also try moving module to another expansion port if you have one. With set relocation off
