Station labels disappears from Avaya Utility server

Hi,
My client has an Avaya MBT with utility server template installed on it. 1 station's phone label tends to disappear from the utility server. So after the file disappears, the client IT department puts it back in. The labels work for a while, then comes up missing after awhile. What can be causing this? All software releases are the latest and greatest for Aura 6.3

Anyone else ever experience this
