Station is replacing agent id for station number when transferring a call 1

Hi all, I have a problem transferring calls to a survey IVR. Hope I expalin myself.

I have two acd hunt groups that need to transfer their calls to a survey when finishing every call. In this survey it is necessary the agent-id to be registered in a data base so agents performance can be evaluated. Each hunt group has its own survey. The problem is: every station in one hunt is sending the station number instead of the agent-id that is logged on it. the other hunt group is working fine. I analized every piece in the route of the call and everything seems to be the same for both hunt groups but maybe I'm missing something.

I'd really appreciate any help.

Check the agent form and see if LoginID for ISDN/SIP Display is set to yes.
