Station is in lockout

I have an SV8500 with a station (7308) that doesn't work, no DT.

I ran RLST to try to release, but the status is Lockout. Where do I go from here?

Remove the cross connect then run RLST again. Sometimes you need to run it a few times. Verify in DCON.

Did it ever resolve?
What kind of phone is this? IP or Dterm or analog?
If it's digital (Dterm), maybe you have to reset the line card.
