There are over 30k phone where I work and I need to know which phone is programmed for the system speed dial list, abbr group 3. I know I can look at each station to find this information but again 30k+ phones.

Is there a way to find who is using an abbreviated dial list?

For example who is using:
abrv-dial list: 3 DC: 20

Use ASA to do a station export.

Advanced tab, then Export Data.

choose Station then hit next, Select Ext/Type/Poer/Name then scroll about 3/4th's down and also select the abbreviated dial items.

Hit next, choose a filename and delimiter (I usually use TAB as CSV often gets screwed up with comma's in names). It will take about 30 minutes to run for that amount of people, then open the file in Excel and sort by the abrv-dial fields to find what you want.
