Brand new call center setup. When a user logs in using the "My Computer" option the station, on its own, places a call to 0 after login. So, when the user gets logs they are immediately greeted with an active outgoing call to the operator. I have no idea why this is happening. Can anyone assist?

I ran a trace on the station during login and you can clearly see "dial 0":

Do you have 2 digit AUX work codes set to yes. (System-parameters feature) page 14?
if yes, then in one-x agent change the default AUX code to 00.

That was it. We do indeed use 2 digit aux codes, and the default in Agent for Desktop was 0.

Thank you!

Well, it was a 2 fold issue. One was indeed the 2 digit aux codes.

The other issue was that Aux Work Code Reason Type in system-parameters features was set to none. Therefore when a user is put in Aux, Agent for Desktop was sending extra digits that the PBX was not expecting.

All is resolved now.

Thank you!
