Station Caller ID

I have set up a new extension but the LCD is not showing the station id of the caller. The system is a NEAX 2000 ivs. How to I turn this feature on?

If you are talking about the my line extension appearing in the LCD at idle, then compare station class assignments for existing phone and the new phone in CMD's 1202 and 1207.
If you are talking about the outgoing caller ID, then check CMD's 1212 and 1213. Compare them to a working phone.

If you are talking about the my line extension appearing in the LCD at idle, check command 15214.
