Station call restriction

I have a user that wants to place restriction on a certain telephone. He wants to be able to use the telephone (inbound, outbound, and internal calling) during business hours and then restrict it to internal or turn it off completely during non-business hours. Does anyone know how I go about setting this up?

A simple way is to add the button "sta-lock" to the station. Then on page 2 of the COR for this station set the field "Station Lock COR" to a COR with only internal or no calling permissions.
When the station lock button is pressed this cannot be removed unless you know the stations security code. To remove the lock you need to press the station lock button followed by extension# then secrity code#. Example station 1234, security code 4321... Press Station Lock button followed by 1234#4321#.
