Station 13 and 16 are noisy on a AC

Station 13 and 16 are noisy on a ACS 3.0. Is there a way in translations to change ports without moving to a different station number. This system has Voice Mail and of course customer wants to keep same extension. I realise ACS will have to be sent off for repair. I have back-up and restore card in system.

Hi twofeathers,
Sorry, port / extensions are fixed on the Partner. You can not program an extension to a different port. You could use call coverage on another extension, his voicemail would still pick up then. That's a temp. fix if it helps.
