Station 10 no outbound intercom

Still trying on this one. Partner 2. Can receive calls on intercom and inbound lines at station 10 but a busy tone is returned when the intercom button is pushed at station 10. Station 10 is able to receive intercom calls and does not show as busy station on speed dial keys. One touch speed dials to other stations does not work either (same busy tone)

Try reprogramming the processor from scratch. If that doesn't work, replace it.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
 
The only thing I have been able to come up with in Internal Hotline, #603.

If Ext. 10 is assigned as a hotline extension to a non-existant station port, the Intercom will return a busy signal, although you can access lines and receive intercom calls.
 
it will take you 20 minutes to reprogram the entire system, 10 minutes to read out any relevant programming.
Default the sucker and then test extension 10, working OK reprogram, still busy throw out the processor and put in a new one.
You can be in and out in an hour (ok maybe there is a second cabinet and lots of buttons to reprogram then it is 2 hours max.)

If the processor needs to be replaced, my suggestion would be to consider upgrading to the Avaya Partner ACS R8 processor.

The ability to store a configuration (no matter how simple it might be or how quickly it can be manually entered from EXT 10 or 11), not having to re-program from scratch after a prolonged power failure and having the option to use the Partner Voice Messaging voicemail makes the investment well worth it.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
