Static Translation Change not taking 1

We recently migrated to a new Exchange server. I changed the static statement on our PIX 515E for the existing public IP address to the private static IP address of the new server. But emails are still being routed to the old server. When I telnet to the public IP on port 25, it displays the name of the old server. It looks like the PIX static translation hasn't updated. I have tried removing the statement and adding it back but that doesn't fix it. Anything I can do to update it without rebooting the PIX?
