static routes in nortel router programming

Is anyone familiar with nortel routers and their programming? We were given vague instructions on programming a PC that contacts the internet through a Nortel Router, pointing to our main office. Is there a specific place were 'static routes' would be set up in the router itself on a Nortel Passport 2430
