static routes disappear

hi all
Infact i am in really a deep problem which is that
my H580 is losing "static routes" suddenly.
The problem appears usually on mondays but
sometimes also on any working day and we have
to add manually static routes.........It disrupts
all our connectivity
Pls help....Thnkx in advance

How do you add them ? if this is by the route add command, than you should add them by smit or by a chinet command to change the odm.
