Static route on BCN

Think I was kidnapped by aliens at the weekend, having a total mental block.
Added a static to our BCN via Site Manager and pointed it to the frame link as the next hop. Ping -p next hop is indeed the frame link. For some reason it's not advertising out via OSPF to our local networks. All other statics via this link (and others) are fine. What have I forgotten to do?

2 decades from retirement, 2 minutes from a breakdown
