I have tested calling via TDM to Digital internally, and the same for digital to IP. I have check calls on the IP side. When I Check were the DSP were landing on the MC32s so far The trouble seems to be showing up only on side 0. Could this be a clock thing or a FIJI issue, can somebody give me direction?

Static on Digital, Analog and IP phones.

I had an old 2 cabinet opt 11 upgraded to CS1K. I started getting static only in the second cabinet. I tried replacing everything, including the cabinet, still static. One of my coworkers suggested doing a continuous ping using a laptop to the network switch
ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -t Right away, saw packet loss with missing pings. Rebooting the network switch cleared all the problems.
