Static, echo and reverb terrible on last 4 install.... 1

Hi guys, Just installed a ip500 v2 rls 8.0.42
slot 1: Analog Combo Card (1X 1416, 4X 1FL Trunks)
slot 2: TCM8 (6X T7208, 2X T7316)
slot 3: TCM8 (1X T7208)
slot 4: Empty

Caller Id is missing since I remove the BCM50.
as soon as you raise your voice, you ear yourself in the handset and if the customer on the line raise the voice,
you can ear nothing because of the static and reverb...

system is set to US, U-Law, set to loop start caller id, I even try the "long caller id line" option, grounded, line are balanced...

any idea? 4 last install are the same way... bad batch of ip500v2 or combo card?

Had similar problems recently. Play with the gains on the analog options tab for each of your lines. Worked for me.
 
You need to turn the gains down in the analog line programming
 
I tried in the pass but after a reboot, setting was back to default...

A -> D

or

D -> A

witch dB I should try? customer is live and can't do that much reboot...

I had same problem on release 7, we stop selling those norstar card cause we had to much "sound and noise" problem with them..in my case the problem was always with de T series, fix the problem replacing them with M phone..

Set your gain on the analog lines to -0.5
Your caller ID will come back as well.
-Also, you'll need to do this before each reboot on this latest software version. 7 & 8
