I've got this TSR running at boot. It seems to be some MS PC Health thing and eats up 4 megs of my resources. Is it necessary? I don't use that restore crap.
Here is some info from another post:
I'm relatively new with WinMe, but when I called my computer manufacturer about disabling programs in the tray, they said that I should definitely leave PCHealth running.
PCHealth is for the Helpctr, believe this is the real slow Help MS saddled us with.
Yeah, and it is bad... I never use it. Why does it have something monitoring your PC 24/7 just for the help feature? Isn't PCHealth also to do with System Restore (yeah, that useless stuff that eats away all your HD space - I disabled it)
