Stat will show unequip

I took out a digital card from an option 11c but when i stat the card it would show that the card is still there. How do I completely remove that card from that slot? So when I do a stat it would show unequipped.

card 11 just got gone.. newer software deletes the card with the last phone leaving, buti don't play with 11's much
