STAT PRIs in a Norstar?

You can look in the network logs in the maintenance section to see some limited stats for the PRI.

To get a true real time read on the circuit, you'll need a Tberd monitoring the circuit. Nortel was smart enough to put monitor jacks on their DTI's.
As oldestgeek is saying, the system will keep a running count of bpv's, etc... it detects, and you can reset the count, but that won't take the place of the right equipment.
