Stat on one of my DTR/PRI card shows this, with the channels disabled. I have disabled that card and
re-enabled it but no change. Any suggestions? Thanks!

YOU HAVE A YELLOW ALARM WHICH MEANS YOUR TRANSMIT SIDE IS NOT GET TO THE OTHER END, MOST LIKELY TELCO

I disabled, then re-enabled the card and 5 min. lator the channels came up. : )
