STAT in LD 32 says dsbl but phone works????

A users phone says disable in ld 32 for an option 11 but
when I check with the user she says everything is ok with her set
why is this?

However same thing happened today that a user called said no dial tone,
I checked the phone (ld 32) and did a statand showed disabled so I reenabled it and
problem resolved... weird

This happened to me awhile back. I gave the printout a closer look & discovered that I had typed in the wrong TN (by one digit) when vfy status of TN. BTW - you can stat and enlu in LD 20 as well.

enl fpr a dis station in common, idu the set and see what you've got.. normal to be a mistype.. you can unplug a dig set and it will stay enabled until midnight routines..
