why? appl... is 0.0.0.0 and not 192.168.x.x

ENL AML x LYR7 Enable layer seven on AML x.
MSDL Requirement: The MSDL card must be enabled. The
AML link should not be in the simulation mode. The AML layer
two must be enabled and established, and AML layer seven
must be disabled.

Make sure the switch ip address is correct, and on the correct NIC on the Call Pilot.

In LD 17 make sure you programme ELAN and VAS,

When the connecting CP, then your IP address will come up,

Normally 016 and 017 are used for CP and CC6,

When the ELAN IP shows 0.0.0.0 that means there's no layer 1 or 2 connectivity to either the CallPilot server or SCCS/CCMS.

Check ethernet cable, hub/switch.
Do a sanity test from LD117 ping the server in question, and from the server ping the pbx.
