StartupForm Property Help needed.

From the Tools dropdown menu I selected "Startup..."

Then in the Startup window I unchecked "Allow full Menus" and "Allow Default Shortcut Menus"

Ok, their gone. But now, since I can no longer see the "Tools" menu, HOW CAN I GET BACK TO THE STARTUP MENU SO THAT I CAN CHECK THOSE BOXES AGAIN AND GET THE MENUS BACK!

Hold down the SHIFT key as you open the database.
