One of the Applicaton creating files saving in Users Profile Startup Folder. It's a NT Terminal Server, so everytime Users logs into Terminal session the files in Startup folder launches.
Is there anyway I could disable or change to Read only Permissions or Tweak registry for User Profile Startup folder instead I make changes individually to each user account... We have about 40 users...

Thanks,

Can't you just remove the entry from the All Users profile Startup folder on the terminal server?
