Startpage IE grayedout

Hi,

Found that I can't change the startpage in InternetExplorer on a client machine because there's somewhere a policy setting on the Win 2003 Domain controler that's instructing the client to gray out this part of IE's settings.

Can't find the Policy part that's responsible for this......???

Any suggestions?
Whould appriciate it.
