My company is looking to expand our service offering and becoming a small WISP. Of course we want to set this up right, and money is not an option at this point. We don't want the cheap method, just the best method. Does anyone have any insight on the best approach? Starting out, we'd only setup in a small area to test of course, but we want to lay the foundation correctly. Any good websites or whitepapers?

Regards,
Ben

the best advise I could give is to suggest you buy and read
"Deploying License-Free Wireless Wide-Area Networks" by
Cisco Press/Jack Unger

It's very well written, and provides valuable tips, insite, and advise.
