Starting weblogic server7.0

Hello!

I really have problems to start weblogic server.
When i try, from the start/programs/bea weblogic server7.0/user projects/mydomain/start server ,
i get an authentication exception:
java.lang.securityException: Authentication for user denied at weblogic.security.service.securityserviceManager.doBootAutorization(securityserviceManager.java:978)

Can someone help me? How can i create an admin-level user?
