Starting up with compact plus need help

Hi, I hope someone can help me, I just installed a compact plus system with 4 isdn channels and 2 extentions, when any external lines call in i can only answer them on ext 221 and not ext 223 on which I can see a solid triangle whereas 221 is flashing. I can answer the call on 223 by either going into config/config exit and then I will see them flashing or by feature 76 and the then the ext 221.

Also is there any web resources for meridian startups?
