Starting Tomcat form init.d

Does anybody have a good script for starting tomcat from init.d ( startup directory on Linux)?
It seems that serch path depends on directory Tomcat is started from, so if I start from init.d instead of $TOMCAT_HOME/bin path where servlets look for resources is wrong.
