Starting To Novell

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I just start working in a Novell Env. I come from a windows and some linux background.

My company would like me to learn Novell. I was wondering what steps do I need to take? I went to the Novell website but I got lost with all the material on here.

I would also like to get cert on Novell. Is there any Newbies books out there that will start me on Novell to get cert or study guides?

some people including myself think his books are a bit naff but he does know his stuff just crap way of expressing

novell docs are solid as well
