Starting the agent without reboot 1

Hello

We are trying to install the agent on our servers via the EPo and send agent pack... We se that the installation goes through since it creates the folder and runs the install. Then we run the naimag32.exe file to start agent but the agent doesn't contact the EPO-server.

When we look in the taskmgr we se the naimag32.exe running but not the naimas32exe. Is it possible to get the agent running without restarting the server? How do we do this. The idea to restart over 120 servers seems rather drastic.

The o/s on the servers are both 2000 and NT 4.

Run this commmand to make the agent contact the ePO server:

C:\ePOAgent\cmdagent.exe /P

This will initiate agent-to-server communications.
