Starting page numbering from a number higher than 1

Is it possible to start page numbering on a report from number 3, for example. I have a report which always has the index at the front, and the page numbering needs to allow for that. So if I have three pages of index, the actual report would start the numbering at page 4 not page 1. Is there any way of getting access to to that?

Hi,
Did you check the famous Northwind traders' database?
It has report called "Catalog",page number starts at 3.

It may help you.
