Starting Outbound Calls statistics

Hi

As an adminisrator to an inbound call center I have been mainly using Symposium 6 for that function

We are now planning a new process which does involve agents calling users back to get input.

So my query is how hard would it be to get this on to my current config?

I do have the outbound option on my CCMA but it is looking for a server

Can I use the same Server?
 
I have no clue what exactly your asking! :) BUT! I have OTM and set up automatic reports for our call center to monitor outbound calls from the agents DN's. I don't know about symposium 6 but ours does not tell you actual numbers dialed, so agent "2734" can be calling her girlfriends all day. The switch based report works for us..

I know thats not really what your asking though.
 
I assume you are referring to outbound camapagn manager which is a sepaarate feature which needs to be purchased, it does not come as standard. By virtue that you say it is looking for a server seems to indicate that you have not purchased this option.

So I am probadly missing a seperate feature so i will have to go to my provider to get ir priced
